iDoctor – сервис, который помогает людям находить врачей и медицинские центры по всему Казахстану. Мы – часть холдинга Choco, лидера в digital и e-commerce.
Мы ищем сильного менеджера по продажам (middle/senior уровня), который будет подключать партнеров по всему Казахстану.
Что ты будешь делать?
Выходить на C-level и вести переговоры на уровне топ-менеджмента.
Закрывать крупные сделки, превращая лидов в долгосрочных партнеров.
Выявлять болевые точки клиентов и предлагать решения.
Контролировать каждый этап сделки.
Поддерживать партнеров в первые три месяца и помогать им расти.
Работать с CRM (Bitrix24), анализировать воронку продаж, тестировать гипотезы.
Быть частью команды, которая быстро адаптируется к изменениям и использует лучшие digital-инструменты.
Какие навыки помогут тебе в этой роли?
Опыт в B2B-продажах от 3 лет в HoReCa, SaaS, медицине или IT-продуктах.
Опыт работы с холодными продажами и понимание, как заинтересовать клиента с первых секунд.
Навык ведения переговоров с крупными компаниями и лицами, принимающими решения.
Гибкость, скорость принятия решений и готовность работать в динамичном рынке.
Опыт работы с CRM (Bitrix24 будет плюсом).
