Job Overview: The Finance Supervisor will play a key role in the financial management of our Kazakhstan-based subsidiaries. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from company health management and accounting to auditing and project finance management, with a strong emphasis on compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the financial stability and success of our projects.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure legal compliance for the company's operations in Kazakhstan.
Manage accounting functions, including tax declarations, bank account management, audit preparations, and other financial matters for Kazakhstan company, with support from the Group's financial departments and third-party experts.
Prepare financial reports as required by the company leadership.
Contribute to the development and refinement of subsidiary systems.
Provide support to team members on issues related to subsidiaries, finance, and systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification is a plus).
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles. and a thorough understanding of financial statements.
Proficiency in financial management software, accounting tools, and ERP systems（SAP system and 1C system）.
Fluent in Russian and English communication, Kazakh is a plus.
Capable of liaising with local suppliers or colleagues, with the ability to engage directly with relevant overseas institutions.
Optimistic and capable of embracing challenges.
Experience in accounting firm is a plus.
