Senior B2B Sales Manager (IT / Procurement SaaS Platform)

Мы развиваем передовую IT-платформу для цифровизации закупок, квалификации и мониторинга поставщиков.

Сейчас мы ищем сильного B2B сеньора продаж, который поможет масштабировать продажи продукта на рынке Казахстана и соседних стран.

Задачи:

  • Выход на ЛПР (CPO, финдиректора, heads of procurement, IT-директора) крупных и средних компаний (в т.ч. квазигос).

  • Проведение встреч, презентаций, кастдевов и коммерческих переговоров.

  • Выявление болей клиента и формирование предложений с учетом модулей платформы (поиск, квалификация, мониторинг поставщиков).

  • Ведение полного цикла сделки: от лида до подписания договора.

  • Участие в тендерах и формировании партнерской сети (при необходимости).

  • Сбор обратной связи и участие в улучшении продукта совместно с командой разработки.

Требования:

  • 3+ лет опыта в B2B-продажах IT-продуктов или SaaS (желательно в сфере ERP / BPM / CRM / закупок / финансовых решений).

  • Умение продавать решения, а не просто "фичи".

  • Понимание цикла корпоративных закупок, принципов комплаенса, оценки рисков — преимущество.

  • Уверенный опыт ведения переговоров с топ-менеджерами (C-level).

  • Опыт продаж в крупные производственные компании, банки, госсектор.

  • Знание тендерных процедур.
