GRATA International, a leading international law firm operating in 20+ countries, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Event & Email Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Events (Online & Offline):
Plan, organize, and execute webinars, seminars, conferences, and client events across multiple jurisdictions.
Coordinate with partners and local teams to ensure flawless event execution.
Track event ROI and prepare post-event reports and insights.
Email Marketing:
Develop and manage the Firm's email marketing strategy and campaigns
Write and edit engaging newsletters, client alerts, and event invitations.
Segment and maintain mailing lists in compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations.
Monitor performance and optimize email campaigns based on analytics.
General Marketing:
Work closely with legal professionals to promote practice areas and jurisdictions.
Support content distribution through appropriate channels to increase visibility.
Assist in maintaining consistent brand messaging across campaigns.
We Expect:
3+ years of experience in event and/or email marketing (preferably in professional services or B2B).
Excellent written and verbal English.
Strong project management and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive attitude.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
