Job identification
We are looking for a HR Associate to be a part of our HR Hub, Central Asia team located in Kazakhstan
What we expect:
- Timely and accurate processing of Recruitment and Personal Administration transactional activities in CAC (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tadjikistan, Turkmenistan & Azerbaijan) countries;
- Execution of Country’s selection strategy in Recruitment: position requirements, search process, CV pre-screening, conducts telephone/video interviews, short-listing candidates, administer tests, coordinates calendars and handle communication between candidate and Country (HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers)
- Provides support in Country's Personal Adminsitration, produces relevant PA documentation to support the change of organizational assignments, resolve queries to internal customers relating to the HR Operations processes
- Make productive use of technology tools and HR systems
- Work towards agreed KPI’s and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Resolve queries in a timely and appropriate manner, maintaining good customer relationships and high levels of service
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, local legislation, HR SC standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Qualifications:
- University degree
- 2-3 years of HR professional experience including Recruitment
- Proficiency in English (Verbal and Written)
- Strong focus on providing the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers
