Role Responsibilities:

To ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of financial, tax and statutory reports to the authorities (excl. payroll taxes reporting)

To ensure timely and high-quality preparation and submission of Value Added Tax declarations to tax authorities

To develop local accounting and tax policies

To lead monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes for local reporting purposes

To perform reconciliation of Corporate, Local and Tax books for the purposes of ensuring transparency of adjustments, as well as for deferred tax calculation

To perform reconciliation with Tax authority to ensure that there are no tax discrepancies

To ensure that all current business operations are in line with local Tax&Accounting requirements

To ensure timely tax payments

To provide Business with Tax support within any new initiatives or in case of any changes of Tax requirements

To ensure that all new contracts templates are in line with local Tax&Accounting requirements

To support Global Tax team to define Transfer Prices for ICO operations

To perform Company profitability calculation for TP purposes and participation in the transfer pricing documentation preparation

To inform the management and internal clients in advance about the planned changes in the regional legislation on taxation and accounting and possible consequences of such changes

To provide GFS (global financial services) staff and internal clients with Tax & Accounting legislation consultations and trainings

To defence the Company’s interests in court in case of any tax issues raised by tax authority

To effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders, auditors, tax and other authorities including timely information provision

To act as a point of contact and organize work while tax audit and ensure information is timely provided to the audit

To authorize bank payments in the bank system

Control over the calculation of salary taxes and preparation and submission of reports

Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities: Accurate and timely preparation and submission of financial, statistical, tax and statutory reports to internal and external recipients and stakeholders. Provide timely and high-quality support for internal clients on tax and accounting issues, current tax legislation. Act as a point of contact for internal clients on the tax and accounting questions.
