Sales Operations Manager

Описание

Responsibilities:

​​​​​​

  • Place and process software orders via internal systems like CSP, Cockpit, Partner Center, and others.

  • Manage documentation for orders, licenses, agreements, and rebates, ensuring accurate uploads to GSDC and accounting.

  • Communicate with Microsoft and other vendors to confirm client statuses, licenses, agreements, and handle support matters.

  • Support sales with up-to-date info on pricing, licenses, agreements, Azure usage, and expiring subscriptions.

  • Collaborate with distributors: coordinate agreements, verify data, process documents, and ensure smooth order placements.

  • Work directly with vendors when needed: manage authorizations, sign contracts, register deals, and oversee payments.

  • Keep all stakeholders informed and documentation up to date – accuracy is key!

Requirements:

  • Experience in procurement operations, preferably in IT or software.

  • Strong understanding of vendor and distributor processes.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft licensing, CSP, EA/EAS, and Partner Center is a plus.

  • Good organizational and multitasking skills – you’ll handle many processes at once.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

  • Communication skills that help you collaborate across teams, vendors, and clients.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
