We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer

• Employment type: Full time
• Candidate Location: Kazakhstan, Georgiа, Poland, EU
• Working Time Zone: Working with a team based in APAC (+8 time-zone), availability from +4 time-zone preferred
• Planned Work Duration: 12+ months

Our client’s mission is to simplify global travel by aggregating transportation options in one unified platform.

They are a major global travel aggregator with extensive supplier coverage.

The company comprises a large, international team committed to enhancing the travel experience using advanced technologies.

Project Description:

The project focuses on transitioning from manual, rule-based systems to AI-driven infrastructures to boost efficiency and innovation.

A recently established APAC office is leading this transformation, developing scalable, intelligent solutions for global users.

The team is seeking a founding AI engineer who will develop advanced AI workflows and integrate them across key business areas.

Soft Skills:

• Self-motivated and able to drive initiatives independently
• Previous experience with real-time, high-performance AI/LLM deployments

Hard Skills / Must Have:

• 6+ years developing complex models and algorithms
• Experience in deploying production-grade AI solutions
• Expertise with large language models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA)
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, vLLM, LMDeploy
• Strong skills in Java/Python, and SQL
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation
• Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps best practices
• Ability to build RAG-based systems
• Proficiency in vector databases (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, Milvus)
• Understanding of prompt engineering
• Hands-on experience with AWS/Google Cloud/Azure
