Could you be the full-time Finance Controller in Astana we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your financial expertise in a cutting-edge, fast-paced field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and solution-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the financial success of our projects by driving strategy, optimizing financial processes, and contributing to decision-making. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (such as Project Managers, Supply Chain, Operations and others), provide financial insights, and support project performance monitoring and reporting.
You’ll specifically take care of financial forecasting and compliance, but also contribute to risk management and working capital optimization.
We’ll look to you for:
Participating in the overall project management process alongside the Project Manager
Providing financial guidance and tutoring to project teams
Managing financial performance, including forecasting, reporting, and risk mitigation
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, governance, and international standards
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on financial negotiations
Driving cash flow optimization and promoting a cash-focused culture

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s degree is a plus)
Experience or understanding of financial planning, modeling, auditing, or cost controlling (3+ years)
Knowledge of industrial sectors
Proficiency with MS Excel, familiarity with SAP and Power BI
Fluency in English (French is a significant advantage)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
