Описание

Обязанности:

  • Разработка и реализация позиционирования бренда и маркетинговой стратегии в Казахстане;

  • Увеличение доли рынка через бренд-билдинг, привлечение и удержание клиентов;

  • Планирование и проведение интегрированных 360° кампаний (ТВ, наружная реклама, digital, PR, мероприятия);

  • Управление маркетинговым календарём, медиапланами и бюджетами;

  • Взаимодействие с креативными агентствами, подрядчиками и внутренними командами, работа с ключевыми партнёрами и стейкхолдерами;

  • Проведение исследований аудитории, анализ рыночной динамики и эффективности кампаний с использованием внутренних аналитических инструментов;

  • Оптимизация лендингов, email-маркетинга, копирайта и креативных материалов;

  • Подготовка регулярной отчётности по активности и результатам;

  • Участие в разработке коммуникаций с пользователями сервиса, развитие бренда через PR и мероприятия;

  • Поиск новых возможностей и постоянная оптимизация маркетинговых кампаний для роста LTV клиентов.

Требования:

  • Опыт работы от 5 лет в бренд-менеджменте или продуктовом маркетинге (желательно e-commerce, ритейл, IT, телеком или FMCG).

  • Успешный опыт запуска креативных маркетинговых кампаний и разработки креативов, чувство стиля и эстетики.

  • Хорошее понимание глобальных и локальных рыночных трендов, инструментов маркетинга и стратегических практик.

  • Опыт работы в сложных или матричных структурах, умение действовать в условиях неопределённости.

  • Навыки проектного менеджмента: ведение нескольких проектов в динамичной среде, умение адаптироваться к изменениям.

  • Ориентация на результат, умение совмещать стратегическое мышление с тактической оптимизацией.

  • Командность и честность — готовность делиться опытом и работать на общий результат.

  • Английский язык — не ниже Intermediate.
