Сейчас мы расширяем команду и ищем Sales Manager / Commercial Manager, который готов приносить результат, выстраивать долгосрочные отношения с клиентами и развивать бизнес вместе с нами.
Задачи:
Поиск и привлечение новых корпоративных клиентов;
Работа с тёплой базой и входящими лидами;
Подготовка и проведение презентаций, формирование коммерческих предложений;
Переговоры с первыми лицами компаний, участие в тендерах;
Формирование долгосрочных партнёрских отношений;
Сопровождение клиента до передачи в проектную команду;
Анализ воронки продаж, подготовка отчётов и работа с KPI.
Мы ждём от вас:
Опыт успешных B2B-продаж от 3 лет;
Отличное знание рынка Казахстана: корпоративные клиенты, тендерные процессы, специфика принятия решений в юрлицах;
Опыт в IT, телекоме, автоматизации бизнес-процессов, аутсорсинге, BPM, CRM — будет преимуществом;
Навыки полного цикла продаж: от лида до подписания договора;
Уверенная работа с CRM (Bitrix24, Hubspot или аналогичные);
Умение готовить презентации и коммерческие предложения;
Работа с KPI и планами продаж;
Системность, ориентация на результат, умение предлагать клиенту индивидуальные решения.
