Who We’re Looking For:
Amazon Repricing Analyst
What this person must know / have experience in:
Repricer tools: hands‑on experience with Amazon repricers (e.g., SellerSnap or similar) and direct pricing in Seller Central; setting floors/ceilings, Buy Box strategies, exception rules.
Profit math: can calculate landed cost and all Amazon fees (referral, FBA/FBM, storage) to set price floors that protect ROI, net margin; knows break‑even math cold and can defend every price change.
Market & Buy Box dynamics: tracks competitor moves, demand swings, seasonality, and inventory levels; understands when to hold price, when to move, and how pricing affects Buy Box %, velocity, and price elasticity.
Ads (not necessary, but it'll be an advantage): understanding of Amazon ads, when ads beat discounting, can partner with the PPC team so we win profitably (e.g., hold price and boost visibility instead of cutting margin).
Reporting & testing mindset: builds simple, clear dashboards in Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, lookups), runs structured price tests, and communicates weekly on Buy Box %, margin impact, unit economics, and next actions.

About the Role:
We’re hiring talented, motivated individuals to join our Client Operations & Support Specialist — a dynamic department with opportunities to grow into roles such as: Medical Billers, Account Managers, Customer Support Specialists, Claims Processors, Data Analysts and etc.
You’ll support U.S.-based clients across industries like healthcare, e-commerce, and tech. If you're fluent in English, detail-oriented, and ready to build a professional career — we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry and date processing
- Respond to client and customer inquiries, handling requests, and managing any operational tasks related to client services via apps, email, and phone
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Schedule:
- Full-time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (EST/New York time)
- This corresponds to 17:00 – 01:00 Almaty time during Daylight Saving Time (March–November)
- And 18:00 – 02:00 Almaty time during Standard Time (November–March)
- Location: Work is fully on-site from our office
