What's the role?
Location: Atyrau, Kazakhstan
We are looking for a Business Developer who can quickly adapt to a fast-paced, high-performance, and international working culture.
As a Business Developer, you will focus on a portfolio of key accounts to the Hilti. You will be responsible for creating and executing a strategy to increase the adoption of Hilti solutions.

What does the role involve?
As a Business Developer in the Energy segment, your primary objective will be to strategically build and expand relationships with complex clients across the value chain within the Kazakhstan domestic market. Your focus will be to identify, engage, and support Key Players in the segment addressing their specific needs and challenges through the Systematic Account Development approach.
You will work closely with the Sales Team, Regional and Global Segment Managers, BD Communities, Engineering, all to drive profitable growth across the segments.
∙ Market Intelligence : Provide market intelligence insights to the Large Projects teams to confirm and/or update segment strategies.
∙ Effective Communication : Maintain effective communication throughout the team and company, acting as the owner of assigned accounts.
∙ Account Development : Identify and develop Accounts in collaboration with the sales team, engineering team.
∙ Customer Presentations : Schedule appointments and prepare and deliver presentations to customers, including higher-level stakeholders within those organizations.
∙ Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating closely with other departments (both global and local) on complex opportunities through attending and leading conference calls and meetings.
∙ Training Coordination : Create and coordinate segment-specific application training for the Sales Team through seminars and product presentations.
∙ Brand Awareness Initiatives : Define and implement key activities aimed at increasing brand awareness within the Segment.

What you need is:
∙ Engineering / Technical Background (industry relevant experience) with strong commercial/business capabilities and relevant experience.
∙ Proactive, results-driven attitude with a focus on innovation and adaptability.
∙ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrix environments, fostering collaboration across local and global teams.
∙ Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset.
∙ Resilient, self-motivated, and agile, with the ability to make impactful decisions and implement actions in complex market environments.
∙ Able to work in autonomy, self-responsible with learning agility skills.
∙ Fluency in English.
