Service Operations Support Coordinator

Organisation & Function: HPS/LSS

Reports to: EMEA Service Operations Support Supervisor

Purpose of the Job

The Service Operations Support Coordinator will support operations excellence within assigned territory customer group. The Honeywell SOSC will be responsible for driving all aspects of field activities including operational, administrative & financial tasks working closely with Service Operation Leaders and Field Service Mangers. They will provide strategic day to day operations, personnel, finance & logistical support ensuring they develop best practices & standard tools to improve operational efficiency specific to the countries they support.

Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to the following: 

Operational Support:

For ALL

Drive the Honeywell safety culture through demonstrated understanding, commitment and action supporting the organization’s safety and environmental requirements/regulationsBuild a strong network across the local/global HPS business teams to ensure customer delivery satisfaction.Ensure Service Management System and ERP system integrity such as correct account team assignment in SFDC ensuring work orders are carefully managedCoordinate with the Back Office to review and correct Customer asset, account team, and contract information in SalesForce or other software applications.

Spot Coordination:

Coordinate Spot incl review of customer PO’s, review of customer specifications, spot work & production schedulesContribute to accurate forecasting for all financial aspects of LSS contracts, spot and partsFocal point of contact for Global Engineering Services & LSS businessEnsuring the financial health of all agreements and spot activities, and ensure they are invoiced per the agreed schedule, milestones and with all collectibles on timeEnsure Spot and Parts ISC orders are managed to meet customer and Honeywell delivery expectations.Follow up & expedite when required, all orders, ensuring customer is aware of timelinesLead and coordinate complex Field Service activities, including personnel, spare parts, costs, and timeUpdating of SAP / SFDC with accurate & details informationTranslation support to all internal & external customers where required.Attend weekly Spot calls for Eastern EuropeEnsuring dashboards are correctly maintained

Engineering Support For All:

Provide Field Service Engineers Support on Administration IssuesSupport with Mission & Employment Visa Requests (Submission, verification, handover to PRO, update requestor)Organizing HSE courses for site engineersP3 radiation badges /other related tasksIndirect Procurement – PPE, Facilities, intercompany orders etc

Inventory Control

Ensuring the fiscal count process is completed effectively.candidate must be an expert in the P1 process, auditing, and P1 consumption and inventory warehouse management.SAP super user in inventory management / warehouse management /financeCancelled contract parts co-ordination to surplus centreExpedition of Parts from cancelled contract sold to intercompanyPoint of contact for P1 EMEA issuesMitigate VariancesClean P1 AuditsCreate strict control measures consumption of parts used onsitesupport FSMs and SOM to ensure the process is completed on time and any negative impact is minimized

Finance Support

Supporting Cash Collections (C2C)Professional Services Withholding Tax supportSupport vendor invoice issuesIssuing of Bank GuaranteesSubmission & collection of tender documents, BGs, Cheques. Etc COTA payment requests

General:

Facilities supportOrganise events, workshops & customer meetings

Education:

Middle/high school education with focus to economical/financial subjects and business administration

Skills:

SAP knowledge accountable and reliable personalityNegotiation skills
