About Us:
SANY Group is a leading global heavy machinery manufacturer with a strong presence in over 150 countries. As part of our expansion in Kazakhstan, we are looking for a qualified Lawyer to join our subsidiary team.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal support and advice on corporate, labor, commercial, and contract matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
Ensure compliance with Kazakhstani laws and regulations.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, when necessary.
Liaise with government authorities, external legal advisors, and business partners.
Support internal departments on legal risk management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Law.
At least 5years of professional legal experience, preferably in corporate or commercial law.
Valid license to practice law in Kazakhstan.
Strong knowledge of Kazakhstani legal framework.
Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English (Chinese is a plus).
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
