• Official employment under the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Responsibilities:

• Contractual and corporate legal work.

• Legal support for projects.
• Representation of the company’s interests.

• Higher legal education.

• Over 5 years of experience in development, construction, real estate, or large commercial/international companies.

• Expertise in handling real estate and land transactions (purchase and sale, leasing, contracting, design).

• Experience in corporate procedures: registration, reorganization, liquidation, and document management.

• Experience working with government agencies and courts.

• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory).
