Lawyer (Corporate Assistant)

Location: Almaty
Format: Office-based position offering partial remote work flexibility
Hours: 10:00–19:00 (1-hour lunch)
Salary: from 500,000 KZT/month

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Corporate Assistant/Lawyer to join our growing team.

What you’ll do

• Be the client’s first line of support: respond in chats/email, keep them updated, and coordinate internal teams.
• Run onboarding end-to-end: documents requests, KYC/CDD checks, engagement letters, invoicing, payment tracking.
• Deliver corporate services: company formations, free-zone/business setups, employment visas, bank account openings, compliance filings, corporate changes; prepare & submit documents to government portals, banks, and service providers.
• Draft/review standard corporate docs (letters, applications, simple agreements).
• Maintain client records in our CRM Bitrix24 and data storages.

Must-haves

• 3+ years in corporate admin, legal ops, compliance, or banking back office.

• Hands-on with KYC/CDD, document control, and government/bank portals.

• Strong EN & RU written communication; confident with IT systems/online portals.

• Excellent self-organization and time management skills.

• High level of responsibility, reliability, and ability to stay focused and deliver consistent results.

• Initiative and autonomy: you can move projects forward without waiting for tasks to be assigned.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet the deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Legal/corporate law background; experience with UAE free zones / banking.

• Bitrix24 proficiency.
