KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Experience
▪ Ensure and promote actions that guarantee an excellent customer experience in the OFF channel (sales area, checkouts, warehouses, etc.) and in the ON channel (online).
▪ Analyze KPIs that measure Customer Service in the OFF and ON channels and establish improvement plans.
▪ Transmit to the store teams everything related to the essence of the collections, product and inspiration of the brand at all times in order to enrich the customer experience.
▪ Promote and generate experiential initiatives together with the Communication and Attention Department to the Client, which increases customer traffic to the point of sale (events, private sales, previews of limited and exclusive collections, etc.).
Product
▪ Guarantee that all points of sale have the appropriate product based on the needs of the client and the market, through the analysis of commercial reports, knowledge of fashion and trends, as well as competitors.
▪ Analyze the product of woman and man sections, objectively give feedback on the evolution of the collections, and product needs, to the design, purchasing and product departments. The objective is to adapt the product to the needs of the client and the market (proposal of items/design/fabrics, prices) and even suggestion of special promotions.
▪ Work and develop managers to be proactive in product feedback to meet their commercial needs.
Store Image
▪ Work in direct collaboration with different departments of the company. Image to guarantee the strategy set by the company, regarding the brand concept at the level of image, standards, styling, collections adapted by markets and stores.
▪ Guarantee the good condition and maintenance of the store park in each market (furniture, light, painting, internal store decoration, mannequins, lighting, shop windows, etc.).
▪ Guarantee image standards in the Windows providing suggestions to the different options proposed together with the window dressing department.
Process
▪ Supervise and guarantee the different types of processes within the stores, to optimize the operational performance of the region/market.
▪ Work together with the area teams to achieve the shrinkage objectives of the region / market.
Expansion
▪ Know the commercial areas of the different cities in the region or market, in order to propose new locations, and thus enhance the store network, improving the positioning of the brand and the sales of the chain.
▪ Ensure that these opportunities are based on a financial analysis, which guarantees the Viability of the Project.
Strategy
▪ Prepare and implement an annual Strategic plan, aligned with the guidelines set by the company, that allows it to achieve its objectives.
People
▪ Ensure, together with the HR team, the suitability of the profile of the store teams, through internal identification and external selection.
▪ Train and develop the team of store managers with the objective of guaranteeing their correct performance in terms of product knowledge, commercial actions, trends, competitors, customer service, processes, new projects, etc.
▪ Identify potential, participating in the selection and development of these, together with HR.
REQUIREMENTS
▪ Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading multi-store or regional teams
▪ Very good communication skills
▪ Strong written and spoken English language
▪ Knowledge of business and fashion trends
▪ Very well-developed skills to make independent decisions

▪ Willingness to travel
