Communication Strategy and Plan:

• Propose a comprehensive communication strategy and plan in line with the Company's and country’s objectives and values.
• Identify target audiences and tailor messages accordingly.
• Collaborate with management to integrate the communication strategy into the overall company strategy.

Internal Communication:

• Propose internal communication plans aimed at informing, motivating, and engaging employees.
• Ensure regular dissemination of relevant information regarding projects, achievements, and internal events through e.g. webinars and newsletters.
• Organize internal meetings and events to promote exchange and cohesion between different departments.

External Communication:

• Propose external communication plans to enhance the local visibility and image of Company in the renewable energy sector,
• Create communication materials such as press releases, press kits, presentations, websites, and content for social media in accordance with Company standards and in coordination with HQ/Branch/division communication organization
• Writes, designs, and formats communication materials (educational panels, newsletters, mailings, project websites).
• Proactively drafts responses to media inquiries.
• Participate in crisis management in collaboration with management and develop appropriate communication strategies.
• Consult and select suppliers for content creation, printing, and distribution.

Event Organization:

• Centralizes requests for participation in professional events, forums, conferences, exhibitions, roundtables, etc.
• Prepares events (public information sessions, consultation workshops, inaugurations) in collaboration with agencies and internal teams.
• Prepares the annual communications budget for SLT approval and manages this budget, consults and selects service providers, organizes the creation of booths and promotional materials, supervises event operations to ensure smooth execution.

• Ensures effective resource allocation and optimize the utilization of assets to maximize returns on investments.
• Accountabilities:
• Maintain and strengthen good relations across all teams and affiliates / subsidiaries of TotalEnergies in country (Cross-team support, Respect to each other, Team spirit, Positive attitude) as well as with HQ and other affiliates;
• Maintain and strengthen good relations with all internal and external stakeholders, officials, partners, associations to ensure effective business liaison and support of Company’s image and reputation;
• Proactively support Company’s activities.
• Qualifications/Experience required:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Communication
• Minimum 3 (three) years of professional experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of the energy market, including emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in DTP and VIDEO software (INDESIGN, PHOTOSHOP, etc.) and digital tools (Drupal, WordPress, etc.).
• Budget management skills.
• Excellent writing and public speaking skills in English, Russian, and Kazakh.
• Event management experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
