Education and work experience:
Higher education (University degree or higher) in economic, finance areas or in the relevant speciality without any work experience requirements or secondary professional education in the relevant speciality and not less than 2 years or work experience as per speciality.
Main functions:
Ensure of timely hydrocarbon sales receipts on all destinations (Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), Atyrau-Samara, Orenburg and domestic sales)) by accurate calculations and agreement of preliminary and final prices with buyers as well as issuance of requests for advance payment and invoices for all types of hydrocarbons sold and services rendered by KPO. Preparation of weekly and monthly reports on Marketing activities, support in preparation of presentations for Contractors Marketing Committee / Joint Marketing Committee meetings. Administration of contracts for services on sales and general and administrative costs of Marketing Directorate.
Necessary knowledge and skills:
laws, methodology and procedures relating to organisation of marketing and sales of hydrocarbons. pricing policy and principles of Tax legislation. basics of accounting and methods of financial reports preparation. the Joint Marketing Committee Rules of Procedure. general knowledge of oil and gas industry in the region and peculiarities of international oil and gas markets. ethics of business communication. excellent communication skills in English. strong analytical skills. advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Power Point). strong self-management, planning and organizational skills, ability to set priorities. creative approach in performing his/her duties and problem solving. team-oriented, capable of working effectively under stress, and in multi-cultural environment.
