Dear applicants, we are searching for the candidates to the Talent Acquisition Specialist role in a big international fashion retail company. LPP SA is represented in 40 countries with 5 brands Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, Sinsay.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the full cycle of the recruitment and selection process for managerial, functional and office positions; support stores for new store openings;

• Meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates following priorities: office employees, new store opening Sinsay, new store openings RCMH, current stores;

• Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods and suggesting new recruitment channels;

• Updating recruitment procedures and tailoring recruitment strategies to department needs;

• Cooperating with HR manager and Regional Sales Managers to meet recruitment standards;

• Sending official job offers to candidates, negotiating and explaining employment terms;

• Proactively finding ideas and monitoring recruitment trends and best practices;

• Ensuring all screening, selection and hiring, is done by employment laws and regulations as well as with brand standards;

• Update of internal career portal;

• Assisting and support in the design, adjustment and delivery of training programs (if needed);

• Evaluating the effectiveness of onboarding and training initiatives and suggesting improvements in the local market;

• Updating onboarding cross-brand materials;

• Supporting various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, or talent management strategies;

• Providing orientation/induction sessions for office employees to familiarise new hires with the company's policies, procedures, and culture;

• Participating in additional HR projects;

• Other tasks delegated by the direct supervisor or management of the Company.

• Proven experience in human resources with recruitment focus or related role;
• English language will be a benefit;
• Confident knowledge of MS Office;
• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition tools for recruitment process (as CBI, Thomas, Insights etc.)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Responsible and flexible approach, positive attitude
