We are looking for Demand Planning Specialist to be a part of Customer SC team who will create SI plan; monitor, review and highlight any gaps in SI SO performance to ensure delivery of improvements by distributors
What we expect:
Transit time/ Min & Max days Calculation & uploading on daily basis to eliminate stock-out
Monitoring Stock level of distributors, execution of Sell-In & Sell-Out targets, Ideal Source, make corrections in timely manner
Coordinating weekly/Monthly pre-S&OP with Sales team (2 region + KA) to achieve execution
Prepare & upload following targets:
Theoretical OOS
Ideal Source
FaireShare
Risky product split/ Regular Split calculation (2 region +KA)
KA reserve allocation by plants & city warehouse
Qualifications:
University Graduate
Minimum 2 years of work experience
Language skills: English – Upper-intermediate
Computer skills: Advanced Excel skills, PBI
Analytical skills
Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
