A major international pharmaceutical company is looking for candidates for the position of Trade Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• facilitate plan fulfillment and increase sales volume by launching effective trade marketing activities.
• budgeting of trade marketing activities.
• development and control of the use of promotional materials and printed products for trade marketing activities.
• interaction with all involved departments of the company when forming and coordinating the calendar of activities.
• coordinating the necessary inventory for trade marketing activities with the logistics and distribution department.
• participation in demand forecasting processes, coordinating sales volumes with the sales department and the marketing department.
• calculation and costing of profitability and efficiency of planned trade marketing activities and the materials and equipment used.
• analysis of the efficiency of activities and promotional events carried out.
• providing a report on the activities carried out after receiving all the necessary data from partners, within 3 working days.
• control of the timeliness of payments and payments for trade marketing activities.
• organizing processes for conducting trade marketing activities, coordinating and approving mechanics, techniques, sales volumes and other trade marketing services.
• preparing contracts, agreements and other documents for launching trade marketing activities with clients.
• monitoring and developing strategies for brands with a suitable shelf life.
• coordinating and approving activities with distribution, finance and logistiс.Requirements:
• Higher education (marketing or pharmaceutical);
• 1-3 years’ overall experience in marketing of multinational FMCG and/or -Pharmaceutical company;
• English proficiency;
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to work with a big amount of data;
• Good time-management skills and multitasking;
• Great interpersonal and team working skills;
• Excellent influencing skills with a ‘make it happen’ attitude;
• Perfect knowledge of MS office (Power point, Excel)
