Responsible for:
Organization, monitoring implementation, conducting and reporting trade marketing activities including:
- Chains windows and promo-zones decorations (4-5 deco periods per a year in 3 KZ main chains)
- Promo-zones and podiums in shopping malls
- spraying in and out of POS, spray-girls search
- trade incentive program / retailer’s sales-girls motivation programs and their results
- POS events preparation
- Ads announcement for POS,
- GWP
- Equipment development and control, merchandising and POSMs ordering control, production
Ensuring the effectiveness and profitability of brand trade - marketing activities.
Analysis of brand trade marketing activities effectiveness based on the analysis of indicators ROI
Ensure effective communication with the trade basing on brand’s requirements, presentation of the brand trade marketing plan to the retailers, participation in implementation negotiations and conduct of trade marketing activities and programs in retailers POS.
Identify and implement merchandising products strategies
Preparation and regular review of trade-marketing budget with the Fin Department, control and management of actual expenses on activities aimed at stimulating sales and promotion of products to meet budgeted cost per month and per year.
Brand advertising and product information placement coordination in POS, participation in advertising models creation for placement in stores.
Reports, interaction and cooperation: timely information about all the major changes and events, activities and results of the brand trade marketing activities and its competitors in the local market.
Perform the other activities directly related to the functions performed by labor.
Sales analysis: by products, lines, POS, clients, regions etc.
Sales modeling
Stock analysis, clients Stock recommendations development and control
Coordinate and manage the work of Brand BC`s, make-up artists, cosmetologists. Actively include team members to all Brand tasks, to which they could be helpful, or which could be delegated - TM activities
Execution on behalf of the Employer's other actions relevant to the work performed by the function.
Organization of marketing events
Recruitment and hiring of staff for marketing campaigns and event support
Planning and execution of Client Days based on client needs
Coordination of Client Day schedules and discounts with partners and all retail chains
Organization of events for clients and partners
Preparation of announcements for stores and other communication channels
Distribution of advertising and promotional materials to support the assortment
Adaptation, alignment of marketing plans for campaigns and presenting to HQ
Review, translation, and adaptation of brand presentations for BC
Management of incentive programs for partners and staff
Development and implementation of incentive programs for BC
Organizing events and contests to motivate client personnel
Point of sale management (merchandising)
Store inspections and reporting to ensure brand and standard compliance
Placement of promotional zones in shopping centers and stores
Adaptation of planograms for all retail locations
Merchandising control and correction of identified issues
Reporting
Preparation of reports on new launches and their performance for HQ
Stock analysis and control of full assortment availability in stores
SO, SI, and ranking reports
Monthly reports for HQ
Work summary reports (data collection from all departments)
Monthly report on Customer Days and conducted activities
Daily sales data collection and consolidation from BC
Budget presentations for HQ
Monitoring competitor activity, analyzing their marketing strategies and initiatives
Communication management and event organization
Training and teambuilding preparation and execution for employees and partners
Meetings organization with BC BSB
Meetings organization with BC Viled & MA
Participation in cross-departmental meetings
Order, logistics, and inventory management
Control over logistics processes (regional shipments, inventory, timely warehouse deliveries)
Ordering and management of POS materials supply
Forecasting POSM for clients
Document flow
Creation and management of orders (PO)
Approval, uploading, and tracking of documents in IDOCS
Approval of budgets and annexes for shopping malls
Daily issue discussion and problem solving with BC
Collecting gifts for holidays, training sessions, birthdays
Collection and distribution of personal testers
