Planning of monthly promotions, production forecasts and other activities
Defining assortment, plan-o-gram and pricing KPIs per channel.
Supporting Sales team on in-store promotional activities (branding, sampling, extra visibility etc.) and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our trade investments.
Supporting Sales team with Category growth stories and Trade assets (POSM)
Tracking of monthly key priorities and working with regional to ensure priorities are met.
Identifying the key trends at brand/region/category/SKU level with forecasting short term and long term sales to meet the business objectives
Monitoring budget for all trade plans&activities.
Assisting Category Manager on Internal presentations and with analysis of sales data.
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills and knowledge MS Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel
Highly creative with ability to think out of box
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Good communication with clients & colleagues and presentation skills
Fluent English Communication Skills
At least 2-3 years of Field Sales and/or Trade Marketing Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management and economics from a reputable university preferably
