Описание
An investment firm is seeking an experienced Vice President to strengthen its M&A practice with a focus on metals & mining (M&M) transactions across the CIS and Middle East regions. This is a senior client-facing role with responsibility for end-to-end deal execution, leadership of transaction teams, and strategic guidance throughout the M&A process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of M&A transactions on behalf of clients including due diligence coordination, financial modeling, negotiation support, documentation, and closing.
Work on cross-border deals in the CIS and Middle East, primarily in the metals & mining and real-sector industries.
Manage client relationships at senior levels, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the transaction process.
Supervise and coach teams of analysts and associates, ensuring high-quality deliverables and smooth project execution.
Conduct in-depth industry, market, and financial analysis to support deal structuring and client recommendations.
Collaborate with partners and directors on business development and pitch preparation.
Ensure all processes comply with regulatory and legal standards.
Profile:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in M&A advisory / investment banking / PE / In-house M&A.
Strong exposure to buy-side and/or sell-side mandates.
Exposure to project finance is a plus.
Strong project management and client communication skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
Fluent in Russian and English.
Excellent financial, analytical, and negotiation skills.
