Responsibilities:

• Strategic Positioning
  • Develop and execute a personal brand strategy for the Founder aligned with EMCDs ecosystem vision and expansion goals.
  • Shape his thought leadership narrative in crypto and Web3 innovation.
  • Identify opportunities for media interviews, podcasts, conferences, and keynote speaking slots.

  Content Creation & Management

  • Write and edit high-quality English-first content: op-eds, guest articles, speeches, social media posts (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.).
  • Create a content calendar for personal channels aligned with PR opportunities.
  • Ensure consistency of tone and authenticity across all touchpoints.

  PR & Media Relations

  • Leverage media connections to secure features, interviews, and bylines in tier-1 global publications.
  • Pitch stories and manage relationships with journalists in crypto, fintech, and business outlets.

  Social Media Presence

  • Manage and grow the Founder's LinkedIn and Twitter/X profiles with sharp, relevant, and engaging copy.
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize for reach and engagement.
  • Leverage social presence to amplify EMCDs brand campaigns and ecosystem messages.

Requirements:

• Native English speaker/writer (mandatory).
• 3+ years of experience in PR, media relations, and/or executive communications.
• Strong portfolio of thought leadership and social content for founders, executives, or public figures.
• Established network of contacts in global tech, finance, and Web3 media.
• Deep understanding of crypto/Web3 culture and narratives.
• Excellent copywriting skills for both long-form (articles, op-eds) and short-form (social posts, speeches).
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
