YOUR MISSION
As a People Generalist at Glovo, you will have a real impact on local HR reality. You'll help shape a high-energy, fast-paced environment where we’re passionate about bringing the best people on board, supporting their growth, and ensuring a positive, vibrant workplace.

THE JOURNEY
Be the go-to person for all People-related queries, providing clear guidance on policies and processes. Office management: organize all the workplace operations & procedures; coordinate with the IT department on equipment. Design and implement employee guidelines, aligned with global People strategy while ensuring compliance with local legislation. Ensure smooth execution of People administrative tasks maintaining accurate employee records in all systems. Provide the employees with engaging experiences inside and outside the office (team buildings and other events). Collaborate in strategic People processes: learning and development initiatives, promote a culture of continuous growth, and drive employee engagement and retention by supporting activities that keep our teams motivated and satisfied.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Labor Law, Law, Business Administration or related fields. Understanding of HR best practices and local labor laws. Experience using Excel or Google sheets. Fluent in local language and English. Proactive and solution-focused – you’re always thinking ahead and stay openminded. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Experience in analyzing HR data, spotting trends, and turning that info into actionable insights would be a big plus.Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
