Sales and Marketing Director

Описание

Обязанности:

  • Разработка и реализация стратегий продаж и маркетинга в сегментах Business Travel и MICE

  • Руководство командами продаж и маркетинга, развитие и мотивация сотрудников

  • Мониторинг ключевых показателей (KPI), планирование бюджета, контроль ROI

  • Создание и запуск маркетинговых кампаний, развитие узнаваемости бренда

  • Построение и укрепление отношений с ключевыми клиентами и партнерами

  • Представление компании на конференциях, форумах и отраслевых мероприятиях

  • Внедрение кросс-функциональных инициатив и улучшение клиентского опыта

Требования:

  • Опыт в управлении продажами и маркетингом в B2B-сегменте от 5 лет

  • Понимание рынка корпоративных услуг (предпочтительно — travel, MICE, IT или консалтинг)

  • Лидерские качества, системное мышление, ориентация на результат

  • Английский язык — не ниже Upper-Intermediate

  • Высшее образование (MBA будет преимуществом)
