💼 The Role: Professional Services Consultant

You’ll be a key player in our Professional Services team—owning the onboarding, configuration, and integration journey for Velexa clients. With your technical fluency and customer-first mindset, you’ll transform complex needs into intuitive solutions that work from day one.

🚀 You’ll:

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Velexa’s trading and investment solutions.

- Translate client needs into smart, scalable configurations and integrations.

- Partner with product, engineering, and support teams to drive delivery excellence.

- Integrate REST APIs and customize data flows in client environments.

- Deliver training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to ensure long-term success.

- Identify blockers early and escalate with clarity and purpose.

- Contribute to improving our playbooks, tools, and delivery practices.

🎯 What You Bring:

- Expertise in WealthTech, FinTech, or Financial Services—especially investment or trading platforms.

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and scripting/config tools.

- A strong track record in client-facing roles—technical consulting, solution delivery, or pre-sales.

- Deep understanding of software integration and delivery lifecycles.

- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and multitasking skills.

- A proactive, problem-solving attitude—you see roadblocks as opportunities.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Experience with AI/LLM integration and deployment.

- Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, or technical support frameworks
