Call2Action.AI is a U.S.-based startup building an innovative B2B SaaS HR-Tech platform designed to automate and accelerate the hiring process in the U.S. trucking industry.
The system combines, in a single solution, tools for CRM, AI-powered recruiting, candidate screening (PSP), digital onboarding, lead generation, and access to an up-to-date resume database.
Our diverse team, based in multiple countries, brings global expertise and perspectives to building the future of hiring in trucking.
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate cold leads in the trucking industry
Launch and manage targeted advertising campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) to attract new prospects
Reach out via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to establish first contact
Conduct intro/demo calls (presenting who we are and what we do)
Qualify prospects and transfer them to the closer for deal finalization
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold lead generation and outbound sales in the trucking industry.
Practical skills in targeted advertising / paid traffic (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
Strong communication and presentation skills (English proficiency required)
Self-driven, persistent, and result-oriented mindset
Experience with CRM and outreach/ads tools is a plus
Your earnings come from:
Payments for each qualified lead with a completed demo call,
Monthly bonuses for overachieving lead targets,
And commissions from closed deals.
Average monthly earnings range from $500 to $1,500+, depending on performance.
