We are looking for a Professional Supplier Quality Assurance with a focus on aftermarket spare parts.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct supplier assessments to evaluate risks and quality potential according to IATF 16949 and internal company requirements.
• Develop and implement supplier development plans to enhance supplier performance and adherence to quality standards.
• Resolve supplier-related quality issues by collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to implement timely and effective corrective actions.
• Monitor supplier quality goals achievement (quality ppm, new model launch terms) and conduct periodic reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead supplier audits to assess compliance with IATF 16949 requirements and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide technical support and guidance to suppliers regarding quality control processes and improvement methodologies.
• Set quality targets for suppliers and their periodical update.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in supplier quality management or similar roles within the automotive industry in OEM/Tier 1 supplier
• Experience in conducting supplier assessments, audits, and performance reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive industry, Quality Management System, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IATF 16949 requirements and their practical application in a supplier development context.
• Proficient level in quality improvement tools (e.g., statistical process control, problem-solving methodologies, Six Sigma).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and suppliers.
• Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple supplier development initiatives simultaneously.
• English = fluent, Russian = fluent.
• Certified IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3 Auditor preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally to conduct supplier assessments and audits.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Skilled user for project management software and tools (MS PRoject, Jira, Gant diagram, etc).
