Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Coordinate the work of SEO, ASO, and Copywriting teams, distribute tasks, and ensure quality and efficiency.
• Strategy Development: Create and optimize an organic promotion strategy based on audience analysis and market trends.
• Team Development: Train employees and launch new initiatives to drive organic traffic growth.
• Website Optimization: Improve the structure and functionality of the website to increase visibility and conversion rates.
• Partner Interaction: Collaborate with PMM, company departments, and external contractors.
• Data Analysis: Use Power BI, Appsflyer, GA4, and Search Console to identify growth opportunities.
• Innovation Implementation: Generate hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, and evaluate results.

Requirements:

• Marketing Experience: At least 3 years in SEO/ASO, preferably in Crypto, Web3, or FinTech, with proven results.
• Analytics and Strategy: Proficiency with Power BI, Appsflyer, and GA4, along with the ability to develop and refine marketing strategies.
• Leadership Skills: Experience in managing a team, motivating, and training employees.
• Knowledge of Organic Channels: Expertise in website optimization, SEO, ASO, and content management.
• English Language: Intermediate level or higher.
• Creativity: Ability to generate ideas, test hypotheses, and implement innovations.
