payme — ведущая платёжная система Узбекистана. В мае 2023 года payme стала частью TBC Uzbekistan с более 17 миллионов пользователей. В payme можно оплатить более 700 сервисов — от отопления до юридических услуг. А ещё мы развиваем свои собственные продукты: payme avia и payme tickets.
В роли Senior Product Manager вы возглавите развитие Тревел-направления в мобильном приложении и на сайте, отвечая за рост ключевых продуктовых метрик, проведение A/B экспериментов и поиск новых точек роста через продуктовое discovery. Нужно будет подхватить запуск вертикалей в мобайле/вебе и растить их GMV/MAU.
С чем предстоит работать :
Разработка и реализация продуктовой стратегии для тревел-направления (авиабилеты, отели, ЖД, страховки);
Анализ пользовательского поведения и рост продуктовых метрик;
Проведение A/B тестов и экспериментов для оптимизации пользовательского опыта;
Ведение продуктового discovery: интервью с пользователями, анализ рынка, выявление болей и потребностей;
Сотрудничество с UX/UI дизайнерами для создания интуитивно понятных и привлекательных интерфейсов;
Работа в тесной связке с командами разработки, маркетинга, аналитики и ресерча для реализации продуктовых инициатив;
Мониторинг и анализ конкурентной среды в сфере тревел и e-commerce.
Что мы ожидаем от кандидата:
Опыт работы на позиции Product Manager от 3 лет, предпочтительно в тревел или e-commerce.
Глубокое понимание продуктовых метрик и опыт их улучшения, особенно в контексте мобильных приложений.
Навыки проведения A/B тестов и анализа их результатов.
Опыт проведения продуктового discovery и пользовательских исследований.
Сильные аналитические способности и умение принимать решения на основе данных.
Ориентация на UX и понимание принципов пользовательского дизайна.
Отличные коммуникативные навыки и умение работать в кросс-функциональной команде.
Готовность к переезду в Ташкентский офис
