The administrative support includes:
Manage general correspondence and correspondence tracking
Communicate effectively in English and Russian, both orally and in writing.
Maintain files, records, calendars, and diaries, oversee documentation and document control processes, including SharePoint ownership
Schedule appointments and meetings, assist with meeting preparation
Make travel or transportation arrangements, support expense reporting, support visitors
Organize or coordinate special events.
Contract management and invoice processing, purchase stationaries and other meeting items.

Work Experience and Qualification Requirements:
Relevant experience (min 3 years)
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure or on short notice
Attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Russian, and Kazakh (preferable)
Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships with relevant company departments and business partners
Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software tools
