С чем предстоит работать: - Ежедневный мониторинг отчетов и показателей по взысканию.
- Проведение углубленного анализа взыскания и составление обоснованных выводов.
- Выявление тенденций в эффективности взыскания и обнаружение ошибок в отчетах.
- Разработка новых отчетов по взысканию, улучшение существующих и предоставление их команде по составлению отчетов.
- Приобретение навыков работы с программным обеспечением, используемым в рабочем процессе взыскания, особенно с точки зрения отчетности.
- Проведение A/B-тестов для определения наиболее эффективных стратегий взыскания.
- Внедрение изменений в стратегии взыскания долгов.
- Анализ эффективности инструментов и методов взыскания.
Что мы ожидаем от кандидата:
- Высшее образование в области ИТ, математики/статистики, экономики или финансов.
- Знание SQL (средний уровень).
- Продвинутые навыки работы с Microsoft Excel (выше среднего уровня).
- Предыдущий опыт работы аналитиком данных в секторах финтех, банковского дела или телекоммуникаций будет плюсом.
- Сильное аналитическое мышление.
- Способность выполнять задачи эффективно и результативно.
