About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive communications and public affairs professional to lead external relations, government engagement, and corporate reputation efforts across the region. In this role, you’ll manage strategic communications, drive CSR and sustainability initiatives, and act as a key advisor on public policy and crisis response. If you have a strong background in stakeholder engagement, regulatory affairs, and media relations—and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment—this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our external affairs strategy—translating global guidelines into locally relevant actions and ensuring our voice is heard where it matters most.

You’ll work closely with public officials, legislators, and industry associations to represent our interests and foster long-term cooperation. Additionally, you’ll lead our lobbying and advocacy efforts, helping to protect and promote our business across the region, including initiatives involving public funding.

This position offers the opportunity to direct charitable contributions and community engagement, while also managing partnerships with NGOs and sports associations. Your insights will guide our executive team on reputation management and public relations, and you’ll play a key role in developing impactful CSR and sustainability projects.

Monitoring regulatory changes, managing corporate communications, and safeguarding our online reputation will be part of your daily rhythm. And when challenges arise, you’ll be ready to lead crisis communications with clarity and confidence. From writing press releases to handling media relations across all channels, your work will help shape how the world sees us.

Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional with 3–5 years of relevant experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll be navigating the exciting intersection of regulatory affairs, sustainability, and corporate communications.

Your deep understanding of food regulations across the Eurasian Customs Union member states will be key, as will your ability to manage communications during challenging moments. Additionally, your grasp of sustainability principles and the tools commonly used in the corporate world will help shape impactful initiatives that make a real difference.

Strong communication skills are essential, and fluency in both Russian and English—written and spoken—is a must. You’ll be working closely with internal and external stakeholders, so your ability to build trust and convey complex ideas clearly will set you apart.
