About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the development of our web products, including our website and landing pages. The Product Owner will act as the voice of the customer, translating user needs and business goals into actionable items for the development team. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, continuous refinement of agile processes, and ensuring that the product aligns with the overall company vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, refine, and prioritize user stories, epics, and backlog items based on business value and user needs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders (business, users, development team) to gather requirements, clarify user stories, and ensure alignment with the product vision and goals.

• Prioritize features to maximize value for users and the business, ensuring the final product meets acceptance criteria.

• Communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders, while facilitating clear and effective communication within the development team.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate the product vision, requirements, and priorities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of web development technologies and processes, enabling effective collaboration with the development team.

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze user needs, identify potential issues, and propose actionable solutions.

• Prioritization and Organization: Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage the product backlog, and meet deadlines.

• Product Vision and Strategy: Ability to understand the overall product vision and contribute to strategic product decisions.
