About Us
Apola Finance Ltd. is a licensed crypto broker operating in the AIFC. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and governance in line with AIFC and Kazakhstan legislation. We are currently seeking a qualified Compliance Officer to join our team. This role is subject to approval as an Approved Individual under AIFC General Rules and reports directly to the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, implement, and maintain the Company’s Compliance Management Policy, procedures, and compliance plan.
2. Ensure compliance with the AIFC legislative framework and applicable laws of Kazakhstan.
3. Oversee internal regulations, ensuring they are properly established, approved, and followed across the Company.
4. Act as Deputy MLRO in the absence of the MLRO.
5. Coordinate and support all compliance obligations across Company functions, including AML-related responsibilities.
6. Serve as the primary point of contact with the AIFC, AFSA, AFM, and other competent authorities regarding compliance and money laundering issues.
7. Coordinate activities of employees with AML-related duties (e.g., AML managers, customer support).
8. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on compliance and AML/CFT requirements.
9. Ensure proper safekeeping and confidentiality of compliance-related documents and data.
10. Fulfill any additional obligations set by legislation, Company policies, or the Board of Directors.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in AML/CFT or compliance within the financial sector (e.g., banks, investment firms).
3. Solid knowledge of AIFC Acting Law and regulatory framework.
4. Proven business reputation, professionalism, and integrity
