Мы автоматизируем финансовую и операционную отчетность, интегрируемся с 1C, QuickBooks, Postgres и другими системами, чтобы компании могли "разговаривать со своими данными". У нас уже более 50,000 пользователей и мы растём на международные рынки.
Сейчас мы ищем Lead Финансиста, который станет не только стратегическим партнером по финансам, но и ключевым участником в развитии финансовой части продукта.
Задачи:
Разрабатывать и валидировать финансовую логику продукта: юнит-экономика, дашборды, метрики, прогнозы.
Помогать команде формировать pricing-стратегию (подписка, ARPU, сегментация клиентов).
Участвовать в разработке и проверке AI-аналитики для клиентов — чтобы наши отчеты и модели были максимально полезны бизнесу.
Строить и обновлять финансовую модель Arqa (MRR, ARR, LTV, churn, ROI).
Работать с рынком: анализировать финансовые потребности SMB, находить новые product-features.
Подготавливать материалы для инвесторов (unit-экономика, сценарии роста, международная экспансия).
Настроить внутреннюю управленческую отчетность и помочь масштабировать процессы.
Требования:
Опыт работы 4+ лет в финансах (финансовый менеджер, CFO, консалтинг, финтех, SaaS).
Глубокое понимание финансовых моделей и метрик SaaS-продуктов.
Навык перевода "бизнес-задач" в продуктовые фичи и дашборды.
Умение делать P&L, CF, Balance и строить прогнозы.
Английский язык — для работы с международными инвесторами.
Будет плюсом: опыт работы с BI, ERP/QuickBooks, участие в запуске продуктов.
