Решать обращения клиентов на русском и английском языках (письменно, через тикет-систему);
Консультировать клиентов по функционалу платформы;
Изучать технические аспекты взаимодействия компонентов системы и помогать в устранении недочетов; помогать коллегам из смежных подразделений в подключении новых клиентов к нашей системе;
Реагировать на внештатное поведение нашей и партнерских систем;
Оповещать партнёров о технических неполадках и изменениях в системе;
Взаимодействовать с платежными провайдерами и внутренними командами;
Расследовать внутренние ошибки системы.
На период обучения — график 5/2. Далее сменный график 2/2: две ночи (21:00–09:00 по Казахстану), два выходных, две ночи (21:00–09:00 по КЗ).
Мы ожидаем от тебя:
Опыт работы с системами мониторинга или технической поддержке в банках, финтех компаниях;
Знание и опыт настройки Kibana, Grafana, Zabbix, Excel (продвинутый пользователь);
Опыт работы в Jira/Confluence;
Знание английского на уровне не ниже B1 (Intermediate);
Внимание к деталям, способность работать в режиме многозадачности и эффективно расставлять приоритеты;
Аналитический склад ума, самостоятельность и способность мыслить логически;
Умение грамотно и ясно излагать свои мысли как в устной, так и в письменной форме.
