Responsibilities:
Provide online Technical sales & workflow presentations to clients
Customer Technical Support (phone, email) including possible calls during evenings and weekends
Tracking of client’s bugs and new features requests
Prepare technical documentation
Testing new software solutions
Other tasks related to all above
Requirements:
4-year degree in Earth Sciences or Engineering
Strong knowledge of drilling operations and operations geology workflows
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken; experience creating and delivering presentations
Working knowledge of Microsoft office products and Google Docs
Additional beneficial experience:
Working knowledge of Python
Experience with geoscience software (Petrel, Kingdom, GeoGraphix, etc)
Computer science and/or IT troubleshooting experience
