Since 2020, Almaty International Airport has become a part of the Turkish holding company TAV Airports.

Responsibilities:
Legal support for the company’s activities within corporate relations.
Preparation and analysis of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Assessment of legal risks and providing advice on corporate law matters.
Support for mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring processes.
Consulting on corporate governance and compliance with legal requirements.
Representing the company’s interests in government and judicial bodies.
Interaction with external consultants and regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
Higher legal education.
At least 3 years of experience in a corporate lawyer position.
Knowledge of corporate law, civil law, and basic principles of antitrust regulation.
Experience working with antitrust authorities and understanding the principles of antitrust legislation.
Ability to work with contract and legal documentation.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and strong communication skills.
Experience in an international company will be an advantage.
Knowledge of English is required on Upper-intermediate level
