Менеджер по комплаенс и этике
Алматы
Опыт работы в сфере комплаенс – от 5 лет в регулируемых областях. Опыт взаимодействия с аудиторами и контролирующими органами существенный плюс.
Образование – бизнес-администрирование, здравоохранение, менеджмент, финансы.
Знания:
Кодексы Ассоциаций фарм производителей стран кластера Евразия, IFPMA, European Code of Medicines, методические, нормативные и другие руководящие материалы в области взаимодействия со специалистами здравоохранения и потребителями в странах кластера Евразия, антикоррупционные нормы, применимое законодательство и нормы этического продвижения на фармацевтическом рынке и рынке mass market в странах кластера Евразия, нормы противодействия отмыванию доходов, нормы проведения комплексной оценки поставщиков.
Обязанности:
Постоянная поддержка и улучшение CMS. Разработка и внедрение комплаенс политик. Разработка тренинг материалов. Обучение сотрудников компании политикам комплаенс. Обеспечение соблюдения требований законодательства и нормативных актов, регулирующих фармацевтическую отрасль. Пропаганда этического поведения в соответствии с корпоративными ценностями, локальным законодательством, применимыми нормативными актами. Постоянная поддержка сотрудников по вопросам, связанным с Комплаенс и этикой. Анализ рисков с учётом текущих и запланированных активностей, разработка мер по контролю рисков. Мониторинг проведённых активностей, направленный на выявление потенциальных нарушений или несоответствий. Разработка CAPA планов и обеспечение выполнения. Взаимодействие с другими подразделениями для обеспечения соблюдения внутренних и внешних требований и стандартов. Подготовка отчетов при требовании.
Личные качества: стрессоустойчивость, стойкость, ответственность, высокие коммуникативные навыки, внимательность к деталям, аналитическое мышление, способность справляться с многозадачность, умение работать в команде, соблюдение сжатых сроков выполнения задач, риск ориентированность, способность принимать обоснованные решения в сложных и срочных ситуациях.
Знание английского и русского языка – fluent.
