LPP Kazakhstan is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in a leading international fashion retail company!

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection processes for managerial, functional, and office positions, including support for new store openings.

• Achieve hiring targets by filling open roles with talented and qualified candidates, prioritizing:

  1. Office employees

  2. New store openings

  3. Current stores

• Source candidates using diverse methods and recommend new recruitment channels.

• Continuously update recruitment procedures and tailor hiring strategies to fit departmental needs.

• Collaborate with the HR Manager and Regional Sales Managers to uphold recruitment standards.

• Extend official job offers, negotiate conditions, and clearly explain employment terms to candidates.

• Monitor recruitment trends and proactively propose new ideas and best practices.

• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws, regulations, and brand standards.

• Maintain and update the internal career portal.

• Support the design, adaptation, and delivery of training programs as needed.

• Assess the effectiveness of onboarding and training initiatives and suggest improvements tailored to the local market.

• Keep onboarding materials up to date across brands.

• Contribute to various HR projects, including employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and talent management.

• Conduct orientation sessions for new office employees to introduce company policies, procedures, and culture.

• Participate in additional HR-related projects and tasks as delegated by the supervisor or company management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in human resources with a focus on recruitment or a related field.

• English language proficiency is a plus.

• Solid knowledge of MS Office.

• Familiarity with Talent Acquisition tools and methods (e.g., CBI, Thomas, Insights).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Responsible, adaptable, and positive mindset.
