Наша компания занимается ремонтом бытовой техники, и мы ищем в нашу команду классного оператора, который будет отвечать на входящие звонки и оформлять заявки на выход мастеров на диагностику.
Мы хотели бы видеть кандидата, который не боится конфликтных ситуаций и клиентов, может уладить сложные вопросы.Внимателен к деталям и понимает, что хороший результат складывается из последоватеных и четких действий.
Уверенный английский язык (С1, С2)
Внимание к деталям.
Стрессоустойчивость. Умение решать конфликты.
Ноутбук или компьютер, хороший интернет (не менее 50 Mbps) и тишина на рабочем месте.

График 2/2
8:00 a.m. — 6:00 p.m Los Angeles Time Zone GMT-7 Пожалуйста удостоверьтесь что вы готовы работать по такому графику.
Удаленная работа
Ставка 4$/час первый месяц, далее будете учиться на менеджера, ставка менеджера 5$/час. В месяц 140-160 часов. Дополнительно: система мотивации за назначенные заявки сверх нормы в 50%. Средний процент назначений за январь-март 60-70%, что эквивалентно доплате от 100 до 400 долларов (при этом можно назначать/зарабатывать больше). Холодные звонки отсутствуют.
Выплаты ежемесячно через платежные системы (PayPal/Payoneer/WesternUnion etc).
Обязанности в роли диспетчера:
Приём звонков и консультирование клиентов.
Назначение заказов.
Контроль мастера (предупредить клиента, если мастер опаздывает).
Ответы на входящие имейлы.
Работа в срм (Callrail и Housecall pro), Trello, Telegram.
Просьба при отклике подгрузить файлом или отправить в телеграм/whatsup небольшое голосовое о себе на английском языке.
