1. Responsible for the drafting, revision and review of policies and other legal documents of the company
2. Responsible for review and negotiation of the commercial contract of the company and the issuance of legal opinions.
3. Representing the company in litigation and arbitration and following up company cases and disputes;
4. Participating in legal research and legal and compliance training of the company;
5. Participating in the implementation of the group's compliance policies, systems and procedures in company;
6. Perform other legal and compliance matters assigned.
Job Requirement：
1.bachelor's or master's degree in law, graduation from Kazakhstan and international famous universities is preferred
2.Able to accept cross-country legal support in the CIS region, where 2-3 months' business trip to other CIS countries may be required in case of need.
3.3-5 years of legal or attorney work experience, experienced in company governance, dispute resolution and commercial contract negotiation, preferably in telecommunication companies or well-known law firms.
4.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Russian. Speaking in Chinese is a plus one .
5.Good communication skills and a proactive, professional and flexible approach to work
