Компетентного специалиста, который будет отвечать за реализацию и сопровождение системы внутреннего комплаенса компании, обеспечивая соответствие требованиям AFSA (AIFC), в том числе Conduct of Business Rules (COB), General Rules (GEN), DAA и другим применимым нормативам. Вы будете поддерживать чистоту операций, сопровождать клиента на всех этапах онбординга и взаимодействовать с внутренними структурами по вопросам соблюдения требований регулятора.
Основные обязанности:
Внедрение и сопровождение процедур, предусмотренных:
Conduct of Business Rules (COB)
General Rules (GEN)
Internal Compliance Manual
Поддержка процессов классификации клиентов (Retail / Professional) по COB 2.
Проверка новых продуктов, маркетинговых материалов и внутренних процедур на соответствие нормативным требованиям AIFC.
Подготовка уведомлений и отчетности для AFSA.
Проверка договоров и внутренних документов на предмет соответствия требованиям регулятора.
Взаимодействие с внутренними командами (sales, onboarding, legal, product) по вопросам соблюдения законодательства.
Участие в подготовке к проверкам и взаимодействии с AFSA.
Требования:
Опыт работы в области compliance в финансовой организации или FinTech от 2 лет.
Знание правового поля AIFC (желательно: GEN, COB, DAA, AML Rules).
Понимание специфики цифровых активов и международных стандартов регулирования.
Английский язык – на уровне работы с нормативными документами и переписки с регулятором.
Высшее юридическое или экономическое образование.
Приветствуется опыт подготовки compliance policy / клиентских соглашений / процедур.
