Job brief

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing for our operations in Kazakhstan. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires a marketing professional with a deep understanding of consumer landscape and marketing trends. Head of Marketing will be tasked with shaping marketing strategies and leading a team to maximize our competitive edge.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the Kazakhstan market

2. Overseeing marketing activities, including advertising and promotions

3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives

4. Managing the marketing budget and optimize resource allocation

5. Establishing and enhancing brand`s presence in Kazakhstan through strategic plans and initiatives

6. Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaign

7. Leading and inspiring a marketing team in Kazakhstan to drive success and meet goals

8. Ensuring compliance with local marketing regulations

Requirements:

1. Work experience as Head of Marketing or Marketing manager, preferably within our industry

2. BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field

3. In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, trends, and practices

4. Solid understanding of marketing, branding, portfolio management

Skills:

Strategic and problem-solving thinking

Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret marketing data and performance metrics

Effective communication and collaborations skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders

Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns
