В крупную FMCG компанию требуется Аналитик данных по продажам.
Обязанности:
Собирать и анализировать данные о продажах рыночных тенденциях и деятельности конкурентов, чтобы определить возможности роста;
Использовать инструменты анализа данных, для создания отчетов;
Оценка эффективности торговых представителей на местах, проанализировав ключевые показатели эффективности (KPI), такие как объем продаж, доля рынка и эффективность дистрибуции;
Предоставлять регулярные отчеты о результатах работы отдельных сотрудников и команды;
Убедиться, что отдел продаж на местах располагает нужными инструментами для достижения целей;
Тесно сотрудничать с отделами продаж и планирования спроса, для разработки точных прогнозов продаж на основе исторических данных и тенденций рынка;
Помощь в управлении запасами, предоставляя аналитическую информацию основанную на данных;
Разработка и внедрение эффективных стратегий продаж;
Обеспечение обучения и поддержки торговых представителей на местах (по вопросам интерпретации данных, инструментов отчетности и передовых практик).
Требования:
от 3х лет опыт работы на должности, связанной с данными, предпочтительно в сфере FMCG;
Владение инструментами и программами обеспечения для анализа данных;
Сильные коммуникативные навыки и навыки презентаций;
Знание динамики и тенденций рынка;
Высшее образование (в области бизнеса, маркетинга, аналитики или смежных областях);
Готовность к минимальным командировкам по городам Казахстана (редкие);
Знание английского языка.
